Ezekiel - Introduction
Ezekiel was taken captive to Babylon and was one of the Jewish
exiles. The prophecies he delivered to the people spoke of the
Lord's hand in both judgment and restoration of the people and
worship. There are a number of visions he had of God's glory as it
was manifest. Some of these are difficult to picture or imagine.
Ezekiel reveals that the God of Glory is the sovereign God who word
and plans will be perfectly and completely fulfilled. There is much
that is still future, even from our day.
