More Diverse Than We Ever Imagined

Most of the time, when we think of people serving in the church, we think of pastors or elders or the people who teach Sunday School classes; Maybe an usher or sound person or the people who are musically inclined. Not as often, but if pressured, we might think of the person who cleans the bathrooms, cuts the lawn, or brings meals to people who are going through a difficult time.

But there are as many ways to serve God as there are people who love Him. So, I've got two questions for this week:

- What are some ways that you've seen people in the church serving God and others that have stretched your thinking about how we serve God? Or, how have you seen people serve in the church in ways that have impacted you?

- What are some skills, abilities, gifts, hobbies, or personality traits that you have that you think are completely unusable in the church?
