In fact, in one place in the Bible when Moses asks God to tell him who is sending him to Egypt, God tells Moses to tell the people 'I Am who I Am...I Am has sent you.' Not a very definitive description, is it? But, in many ways, that's exactly the point. All good things have their origin in God. That doesn't mean that all good things ARE God-they simply originate from Him because ultimately, He is the originator of all good.
