We showed on the About People page, that any type of salvation from our sinfulness must change our enemy status, must offer forgiveness for our personal sins, and must provide us with the ability to once again live in a faith relationship with God.

We saw on the About Jesus page that Jesus fulfills all three of these requirements. By becoming our mediator, He changes our enemy status. By dying for us, He is able to offer forgiveness for our personal sins. By rising from the dead, He has provided the ability to once again live in a faith relationship with God because we are placed 'in Him.'
